Cette nouvelle politique annule donc votre rendez vous 26 heures et 30 minutes aprs le premier appel, et 3 heures et 30 minutes aprs qu'ils vous aient avertit qu'il fallait rappeler sous peine d'annulation du rendez-vous. Je trouve personnellement ce dlai extrmement court et inacceptable, surtout que je suis client depuis au moins quatre ans et que je n'ai pas souvenir d'avoir annul un seul de mes rendez-vous. Ceci ne tient galement pas compte du rythme de travail des clients. En rappelant, aussitt 13:30/13:45, mon rendez-vous tait dj remplac et le prochain possible le matin tait en 2024 (nous sommes en mai 2023) C'est dommage le nettoyage tait bon mais j'irais voir ailleurs, mme si je sais trs bien que cela ne changera absolument rien pour eux tant donn leur surcharge de travail.
