Very unprofessional building management. My girlfriend recently applied for an appartement here. They asked her for a 50$ background check which was told would be reimbursed... They refused my girlfriend staying that she lied on her application which is not true. They contacted non of her employers , her credit score is great. She then left a review which is in every persons rights. As you can see bellow the customer service is awful. She was racially profiled! She signed a lease on Friday! These places do not welcome POC. As for management it is distasteful to reply to a review in such condescending matter! If someone is not please with your service you do not bash them and try to ridicule them on google! What are you showing your future tenants? She stated that my girlfriend has a heavy file how is that possible when this would have been her first rental? As a company every review should be respected. As a company thriving to only have good review and condescending others is wrong! Look at how they replied to the bad reviews on here? Imagine how they would treat you when you have a problem! Save yourself the hassle ! Learn to treat your reviews with respect ! She found a better place at a much cheaper rate! Good riddance!
