Aprs avoir t servie par tlphone pas une certaine Gabrielle qui t super sympatique avec moi au tlphone pour un renouvellement de contrat avec un nouveau tlphone, il y avais plusieur erreures avec mon dossier et elle ntait pas en magasin pour les fixer comme prvue mais heureusement pour moi Ben ma vraiment tout corriger a et ma remis a exvtement comme nous lavion pralablement discuter avant que Gabrielle ne prenne mln dossier. Un norme merci a Ben qui a fait tout ca sachant quil ne toucherais sa commission et merci a Gabrielle qui a aussi t super gentille et a prit le temps de preparer mon dossier et lerreure est humaine par contre je trouve dommage que Ben ne puisse pas aussi avoir une commison car il a vraiment tou repris le dossier qui originalement tait le sien car il avais dj prit plus dune heure quelque jours plus tt pour appeler partout pour me trouver un telephone et men avait placer en en commande apres avoir constater qulaucune boutique en avait un en stock.
