Having already attended a few studios in Montreal, I can assure you that you will be more than satisfied with the quality of the teaching, the teachers and the place in general, and the very friendly owner :). Bonus point for small fresh towels that smell good on the forehead after hot sessions. What is great with Sama Yoga is that each teacher has a particular and rather different style, which means that throughout the week, the classes are somewhat complementary and not at all repetitive. Ayant dj frquent quelques studios Montral, je peux vous assurer que vous serez plus que satisfait de la qualit de l'enseignement, des professeurs et de l'endroit en gnral, et de la trs sympathique propritaire :). Point bonus pour les petites serviettes fraches et qui sentent bon sur le front aprs les sances chaudes. Ce qui est super bien avec Sama Yoga c'est que chaque professeur ont un style particulier et plutt diffrent, ce qui fait en sorte qu'au fil de la semaine, les cours sont en quelque sorte complmentaires et pas du tout rptitif. Il y en a vraiment pour toutes les prfrences. Merci toute l'quipe d'offrir un service de trs haute qualit :).

Very calm and stress free ambiance. Good classes, great for concentration and bodywork.
