Napa auto shop stepped in to help me with the tire issue and the issue was fixed. I feel like they only treat French speakers with great respect and English speakers like trash. They just ignored me the whole time when I was there. Go somewhere else if youre not a French speaker. Note for your improvement: Hire people with better customer services!
