Best Gym in Saguenay! I was looking for a place to push myself and above all in a safe way and this is really the place! The supervision and professionalism of the coaches is the reason why I recommend everyone I know to go and train there! For those who want to invest in their health, this is the only place where it is really possible!

Engrenage is a real favorite for me! As much for the professionalism of the coaches as for the friendly and dynamic atmosphere at each training session. The personalized and very inclusive approach (regardless of previous level of training/physical condition) is, in my opinion, what sets them apart the most from other gyms. The support I receive from my coach has reassured me enormously in my return to training and now leads me to want to push my limits. This gym is the best discovery since I moved to the region. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I am extremely satisfied with the training at Engrenage, the coaches are very patient and easily adapt to the particularities of each person. I'm learning to push myself better and that brings me positive things in several areas of life.
