Le point positif est que, la grande majorit du temps, la portion de neige pousse par la charrue tait retire tt le matin. Par contre, le dneigement aprs tait trs incertain. Selon les temptes, le dneigeur aurait d passer en avant-midi et/ou en aprs-midi, mais il m'est arriv trop souvent de revenir du travail (vers16h30-17h) et que la cour soit remplie de neige parce que, clairement, personne n'tait pass de toute la journe, mme lors des grosses temptes. Parfois, il ne venait pas avant 20h, voire pas du tout. Et c'tait pareil chez mes voisins faisant affaire avec cette compagnie. Rsultat: certains moments, il nous tait impossible de stationner la voiture dans notre cour et nous avons mme d la mettre ailleurs que chez nous la nuit parce qu'il y avait trop de neige, ou nous avons d la pelleter nous-mmes. J'ai bien essay plusieurs reprises de joindre la compagnie par tlphone. C'est im-po-ssible. J'ai toujours appel dans les heures de bureau; personne ne rpondait et cela menait toujours une bote vocale... pleine. Par consquent, impossible de parler quelqu'un ni de laisser un message. Comme c'est gnralement le cas pour les compagnies de dneigement, le premier paiement est le 1er octobre et le deuxime le 1er dcembre. Mais cela fait en sorte que l'on n'a aucun levier si le dneigeur ne remplit pas sa part du contrat alors que le gros de la neige tombe de dcembre fvrier.
