        Do NOT buy furniture from Shermag! They have no customer service. They do not honor their warranties. My furniture was damaged, and the company never replied to my numerous voicemails and emails.

        The customer service of this company is beyond frustrating. There is no way of directly reaching the company over the phone to talk to someone. Instead they require you to send an email and the response time requires multiple days. There is no excuse for such poor customer service.
