Hansen's Forwarding

I shipped my car from Calgary to Ottawa. I dropped it off at the Hansen's yard in Calgary on April 10 requesting an April 28 delivery time. At 9am on the 28th, I got a phone call from the driver that my Honda Civic was ready for pick up in Ottawa. So, I walked outside and received the keys. It actually could have been delivered earlier but I was not yet in Ottawa to accept delivery. I would definitely recommend Hansen's. And the people at Hansen's Calgary are very friendly.

The client service representative Tzoya Papoulias out of your Montreal location is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and should not be in the customer service department. I should of followed my gut the very first time I spoke with her she was very abrupt and short but I didn't and things only got worse from there. She avoided answering very basic questions like when my vehicle would arrive and about insurance policies. Thankfully I was able to speak to a manager and get a refund and find a shipping company with 99% better customer service that gave me accurate information. It's a shame because I'm sure the company itself is good just one very bad apple and in the wrong line of work.
