This was my first experience booking a trip with a travel agent. I decided to use one this time around because I was booking a group trip, and thought it would be easier. I must say I will never use a travel agent again... My file was complicated because originally the booking was a destination wedding, then COVID happened. It was cancelled, and we all got credits. When it came time to rebooking our trip, it felt like I was babysitting... I'm not a fan of leaving poor reviews, but service was not great, before and after COVID...

I'm very disappointed with the service from the company. I payed in full for tickets and insurance to make sure I can be reimbursed at lest 85% .They will not even reimburse 1% of the amount I have payed.They only want to give me them in vacation points even though I took insurance!!!.They have been giving me the run around for a year. I highly recommend using a different travel agency.
