        Some time ago a new management team was assigned to our building. Ms. Xhafaj is the new building manageress while Mr. Trevashov is in charge of maintenances. They are very tenant oriented. Complaints are quickly resolved. It is a huge improvement from the past when everything fell on deaf ears. The company is also renovating apartments into luxurious units. All together it is great to have this management team working on ones behalf. We are very satisfied.

        Indecent people. I asked the person who answered my phone if he can help me to rent an apartment. He answered that it is only available in September. I agreed to his suggestion as I am not in a hurry. All of a sudden he "hangs up" and forget to reach him again.
