        I contacted Salton with an issue I had with an product. They were extremely co-operative. They most helpful group I have ever dealt with. My issue was resolved, I received my replacement item and returned the original item. When looking for small appliances in the future, Salton will be my first choice. This is not a paid for testimonial, I am real, pleased, customer

        Bought a mini chopper last August and only used it about 10 times. The chopper container literally broke in pieces. Emailed Ms Thornton and got not only an immediate response but a replacement unit within a week. Best customer service ever.
