Buying a new car can be very intimidating. We are presently working with Daniel Mathieu to purchase a new Bolt EUV. We find him to be honest and helpful. In fact, he makes you feel that he is on your side, guiding you through this complicated process. I would highly recommend Daniel as well as this dealership - in fact we have already referred my brother to Daniel who has recently purchased a car. GMC worst service standard and there is no possible way to speak to service department have to leave 22 Voice msg and still no response. Its easy to strike a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine than manage to speak with someone in GMC service department. No time commitment or service delivery. Day light robbery in the name of Diagnostic. Do not visit this dealership even if this is last on the planet. Better to scrap GMC car then getting it fixed at GMC Dollard Des Ormeaux. My car expected Bill from a private machnic was $185 but has to pay $1644 at GMC 7 Hours of so called Dignostics once your car is inside service station they hold you hostage and bill. Not only, I will never visit this dealership. Infect never own another GMC, Buick or Chevrolet. Not in this life time. I feel so terrible that i should have read few review before heading to get Skinning by these crooks. Thank you for teaching a lesson. They are thief in disguise. For God sake Run, Run as fast and far as you can from these people and learn from our experience

I had a great sales experience here, honestly a dream. I got more than I asked for when leasing my car and all the sales people were lovely. I cannot stress enough DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. Take your tires with you do not even take advantage of any first free storage promo. No one answers the phone, it takes an hour to just drop off your car, and then keep your car for 8 hours + for a tire/oil change. They also promised a certain price when you book the appointment on the phone and then charge more when you arrive. SAVE YOURSELVES

dont ever do your service there the advisors are paid on commision and will try to make your bill as large as they can all the packages are a ripoff
