        a nice 35 year old community of townhouses. Built by Bellcourt over swampland of clay. This was the second project here, first was Forest Village. This time they modified they layouts a bit, frozen powderroom waterpipes. Fix was to swap a closet with the mini-bathroom. Community pool that is heated and salt, not clorine! Condo fees include grass and snow, and general shared property repairs. Each owner has a single parking spot, with electric outlets for block heaters. At the pool is the office and community center, which is available for renting for partys. Moments from highways and shops, bus and train.
