I had such a wonderful experience at Elle et Dentelle. My dress came in the month before my wedding and Nadia was able to alter my dress and reassured me that it would be ready on time. Im so happy I was referred to Nadia. Thank you Nadia for your patience and service.

This was the worst dress shopping experience I have ever had. I had an appointment at 4pm for wedding dress shopping. The woman working with me spoke no English (this is in the West Island!). She did not ask me my size or budget or event date. She just asked "what style?" and then handed me a dress, brought me to my changing room and left. My mom had to help me in and out of the dress. The dress was alright, so I asked her how much it was. She says 4000 to which I said "my budget is 2500." She says "but you like this one?" and I replied saying that if I knew it was gonna be that expensive I would never have tried it on. She she disappears again. She comes back with another dress that is so small I can't get it over my hips nor over my shoulders. I leave the changing room and she comes back and asks if I liked it. I told her that I couldn't even get it on because it was too small to which she says "oh, sorry" and leaves again!! For good!! She stopped serving me!!! I changed into my own clothes and left. The whole time there was another woman who had been there for over an hour waiting for her 3rd appointment for an alteration. Every single dress on display was already purchased with somebody's name and contact info on it, not for sale. The shop itself was quite beautiful, neat, and wonderfully decorated. Other than that, worse experience of my life.
