I would have given a zero star to this store if I could. There were some small holes in both sleeves of my winter jacket and I wanted them to get fixed. I asked the seamstress if she can fix it and she said yes. She gave me an exact date to go and get my jacket. I went to the store 4 times (after the date she gave me) to get my jacket and each time my jacket wasnt ready. They even had a hard time to find my jacket in the store Finally, the fifth time that I went to the store, my jacket was ready, however, there were still two holes in a sleeve that werent fixed. I asked her very politely the reason that she couldnt fix the holes. She said that I leave the jacket again and come back to get it later. Long story short, she started shouting at me and she wanted to call the police. Just imagine calling the police for a customer who didnt receive the service!!! She told me that with the money that I paid, she can only do so much. I didnt ask for a discount. I asked for a good service that you cant provide it. The seamstress is very rude, unorganized and doesnt have any idea about a good customer service is. I dont recommend this place to anyone.
