        Worst customer service ever! I spoke to Ms Ross on April 17th 2020 and asked for a quote after making sure with her they can take the mandate for the inspection of our building. She asked me to send them an email to "[email protected]" to get a quote. So, I sent the email, and till April 28th I didn't get any response from them. So I called again Ms Ross to figure out what is going on. She told me she has to check with her colleague dealing with those kind of requests and the answer was :"we did not take such mandates". I asked for the reason why I didn't get any response. She simply said "because we don't take such mandates". Then I asked to get a response to my email with the specific reason they couldn't take my mandate. She promised to send me back a response to my email today (April 28th). Still waiting for their response....
