The gym is physically beautiful, but ugly practices. The management seems to value white clienteles over minorities. Discriminatory practices are felt towards ethnic minorities, particularly blacks. Theres a celebratory tone to white groups, but criticism of groups that are not the mainstream culture. Unfair business practices can be experienced, such as, the firing of coaches because they seemed to foster relationship with black people. Management claims that they are open to diversity, but only value certain peoples feedbacks over marginalized groups. They claimed that their are internal conflicts but no conflict resolution strategies are employed only firing of employees. There needs to be a representation of minority coaches, it foster diversity and inclusion. Covert discrimination has to cease to ensure All Members of society receive equal rights and THE SAME opportunities. After all, it supposed to be Worlds Gym!

This is the worst possible management. I have been trying to reach them for 4 months to downgrade my plan and the manager is saying he will call back and never does, the phone rings and the vm is disabled - I even filed a formal complaint through their website without even an acknowledgment. THIS IS CRAZYYYYYYYYY STAY AWAY! Location : DDO World gym

Questionable practices Mistreatment of trainers Discriminatory, racist behaviour Bad conflict resolution practices Dont want to be associated with such.. Ill take my business elsewhere!!
