They told us to call 2 day in advance so they can prepare our order for pick up. Got there at 10am and only got my order after waiting 2 hours in my rented van. Thankfully I checked every item because they were in the process of giving me someone else's order. Plus they didn't have the faucet I ordered and then I had to wait for a refund which the secretary screwed up completely. The people there were so rude except for the poor guys working in the warehouse. Even IKEA does a better job at preparing everything for you on time. I used them for my kitchen and not one single item was missing. Manager came and gave us a whole bunch of excuses that everyone is new.
Don't waste your time at this place. They are so many better places with better customer service. Truly incompetent!
