This place is a life saver! I honestly don't know what we do without this service. Our coach and the owner genuinely care about my child and my family. You can feel it in everything they do. They go above and beyond and I can't say enough good things about it.

While I received high recommendations, the reality is that they offer no accountability for the success of our children. After 3 sessions, they unliterary imposed a change of coach, and when I innocently conveyed my concerns, my son was immediately dismissed from getting any service. This means that this business is not open to receiving criticism, and the success of our children is not their highest priority. It is a pity that a business that is responsible for helping kids to learn, does not feel that they need to learn to better their services for the well-being of kids with learning difficulties. In response to your reply: "Out of control" translates to me to "Brightside is not responsible". This was the general email attitude that we received. I am sad to see that constructive criticism is perceived by you as aggressiveness. We felt uncomfortable with your approach to accountability, as you place you business in higher priority than the kids that you assist.

It is commendable the work they do at Brightside Learning. We had encountered a situation where our child's coach left, through no fault of Brightside and Robin took this very seriously as our child had a special bond with their former coach. Robin always wants what's best for our child and was able to set us up with another wonderful coach who worked closely with our child to support them through their academics as well a building new bonds.
