Mr. Ventura took our file after we have spoken with several mortgage specialits; none was able to find us what we were looking for. At the time when we were spoken of Mr. Ventura, our offer at the bank was approved but we had not ''shopped'' not for an interest before our actual offer. The time was limited and we had only 24 hours to get it done. Mr. Ventura worked with us and was available for the entire day answering all our questions. Moreover, we had meetings to clarify everything during the weekend also. I found Mr. Ventura extremely professional, patient, well-prepared, available and quick in answering all our emails. I am trully happy that our file is followed by him as I have 100 % in his expertise.
