Great service! My husband's office chair needed a cylinder replacement and we spent days struggling to do the repair ourselves - smacking it with a mallet, using tons of WD-40, etc. Took the chair to Tras and it took staff about 1 minute to remove the old, completely stuck cylinder - we were amazed! Totally skilled professionals, know a lot about these chairs, and very friendly. Highly recommended if you need any repairs for your office chairs, they saved us having to spend several hundred dollars on a new chair.

I went to Tras to pick up an office chair for my home office. I didn't want to spend a lot and I had very specific measurements to follow as my home office is in a tight space. The staff were super friendly and took the time to show me all my available options. They even showed me how each chair worked individually. They knew I was on a strict budget and showed me some great chairs that were within my budget. Definitely recommend for any of your office needs. You don't need to pay a fortune for office supplies, come here and get great quality at a lower price! The chair I chose was a used one, and I'm super happy with my choice.
