I would give -5 starts if I could . They made the wrong prescription for my entire family just because optometrist was in rush and wanted to leave the work faster ! Everyone stopped wearing their glasses few weeks after receiving it .Just think of receiving the prescription of +7 for the healthy eye of my 5 year old . I am glad that I went to another place and received professional service. (Harina in Rockland mall). The only reason I came back here recently was because I still had free replacement of the lenses (and guess what ! they messed up even that , they cut them without doing any eye measurements and than I had to wait another 2 weeks for them to fix their mistake!!!) If you care about the health of your eyes, AVOID THIS PLACE . Unprofessional and careless

On the other hand, my experience during an "emergency" appointment with Mame Brassard was more than disappointing. My appointment was at 11:15 a.m. but the nice lady at the reception had to interrupt the very interesting discussion between the optometrists to kindly meet me...25 minutes later. the most serious thing is that the optometrist tells me that I have a simple allergy, prescribes me drops and sends me back when in fact my eye was a football which was leaking a yellowish liquid. In the end I had to go to the hospital urgently because the infection spread in my throat :-( So I'll be dry but...to charge me $95 you had no problem, did you? and that the lady tells me to come back to see her 2 days later if it's still not going well but I still have to pay $75 do you think that's normal?? if they were so busy that day giving me a normal appointment why were the optometrists all chatting about their plans while I waited next door to be charged an URGENT price. Just for that, I will never go to your clinic again and certainly won't refer her either. have a nice day anyway! Mon RDV tait 11h15 mais il a fallu que la gentille dame l'accueil interromps la discussion fort intressante entre les optomtristes pour bien vouloir me rencontrer...25 minutes plus tard. le plus grave est que l'optomtriste me dise que j'ai une simple allergies, me prescrive des gouttes et me renvoie alors qu'en fait j'avais l'il en ballon de football qui coulait un liquide jauntre. Au final j'ai d aller d'urgence l'hpital parce que l'infection s'est propage dans ma gorge :-( Donc je serai sec mais...pour me charger 95$ vous n'avez eu aucun problme n'est-ce pas? et que la dame me dise de revenir la voir 2 jours plus tard si a va toujours pas mais que je dois encore payer 75$ vous trouvez a normal vous?? si elles taient si occupes cette journe l pour me donner un rdv normal pourquoi les optomtristes taient toutes entrain de jaser de leurs projets pendant que j'attendais ct me faire charger un prix URGENT. Juste pour cela, je n'irai jamais plus votre clinique et ne l'a rfrerai certainement pas non plus. bonne journe quand mme!
