Frank and Anthony I just want to convey my heartfelt thanks for accomplishing what almost felt like an impossible task during these times of uncertainty and rising interest rates, not to mention the home being a unique floor plan, almost to its own detriment. Your perseverance and thorough experience helped us all through various forks in the road, your contacts for each of the solutions we needed a blessing, its obvious to me the relationships youve made with trades and professionals along the road in your careers have been built on solid foundations of hard work and integrity. We couldnt be more grateful to both of you. With 2 of 3 of us living out of town and our mother being in care, it was a difficult process from the start- dismantling our family home of 54 years, to seeing that for sale sign on the lawn the first time, you both showed the highest degree of compassion and respect for our mother (and the 3 of us) and your constant reminders that you wanted the best and most for her kept us going during every fork, glitch and bump.
