Edit: So two years ago I left a glowing review but have still not received what I paid for. I have been bothering Tony off and on for two years now to get my radio operator certificate and skipper certificate both of which I paid for up front. Both practical and theoretical requirements were passed no problem but everything time I talk to him he says he will look into it then never gets back to me. I'm not sure what is going on but for two years I've been getting empty promises and have given up on him. In short buyer beware as I still don't have any of the certificates I paid for and qualified for.... Are you listening Tony please feel free to contact me and correct this?...

Just completed basic skipper training. Tony is an excellent instructor who will take the time to teach you and make you practice until you become a safe sailor for yourself and others.

Fantastic course with Tony.. it was only my second time on a sailboat and by the end of the course I felt knowledgeable and confident as a beginner skipper (international cert.). The course is very complete and requires preparedness! I couldn't ask for a better start on my sailing journey, and am grateful to know I can keep learning and growing with Ynot Sailing at my own pace - Malle

Loved the course. We struggled with not enough wind over my four days, but the time in the harbor was actually more valuable to me, as maneuvering the boat in tight places was my area of highest anxiety. Tony does have a particular teaching style where he's willing to let you fail and wants you to reason things out, but once you figure out what he's doing (and learn to keep a calm head), it's a fantastic way of learning. Would recommend!
