Very bad customer service. Not responsive nor professional. Very poor social skills and do not know how to respectfully address their clients. Snow sign posts left on property damaged from their snow removal trucks. Constantly giving you false promises when you call to get fixed or removed. Companies like this should not be in business in the service industry. They have one of the worst review ratings and they dont even bother working on improvements. Bad management.

This is the first and last time I use this company , every time theres a snow storm they never come on time they come the next day late afternoon ! I have until now done it myself with my wife . Im really not one to complain but wow . When I called this morning I dont want to say her name but she insulted me told me Im not patient?? Are you kidding me and called me a liar ? Anyway last time ! Today huge snow storm and its 1:35 pm and still not here , cant leave my house cant do nothing stuck because of them ! No problem taking my money !

Soo rude never spoke to a ladies soo rude then her. She hung up me. Cause all I said it a lie that the snow plow passed. Does it look like the snow plow passed no at 130. ????? Don't deal with company any there rude LIE staff
