Brought the wrong fridge, STEVEN OLIVIER told me it was my fault that he put the wrong Fridge on the order. I'm not your babysitter.
When they brought the right fridge, they charged me a second delivery fee. Plus an $73 dollars because the correct fridge costs more than the one they originally sent me.
Bar fridge was on backorder, now that it's in, they refuse to deliver it even though I paid for the delivery. Instead of picking it up from their store, they're forcing me to pick it up in a different city unless I pay another delivery fee. Complete garbage service.
Their delivery guys the first time around were complete crack heads, refused to speak English, and carried cash on their clipboards as if they were expecting to be tipped. I tip well, but don't come asking for it. Wish 0/5 stars was an option. Very disappointed.
Also their customer service line was useless. Couldn't make out anything they were saying except for "your discount only applies to the wrong fridge and you don't get a discount on the right one". I don't understand how these people are in business.
