I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the terrible service that you have provided to me and my company. I have been a loyal customer of your LTL services for many years, but your recent behavior has left me with no choice but to sever our business relationship. The most frustrating aspect of your service is the fact that you never answer the phones or respond to emails in a timely manner. It is unacceptable to leave your clients hanging, wondering when or if their shipments will be picked up or delivered. Additionally, you have canceled orders without letting me know, causing significant delays and disruptions to my business operations. Furthermore, your account manager never returns calls, and your customer support team is utterly incompetent. You charge back for the slightest errors, demonstrating a lack of respect for your clients and their needs. Your inability to pick up on time and deliver on time has cost me both time and money, and your failure to honor the services advertised on your website is nothing short of fraudulent. In short, your behavior is inexcusable, and your company's reputation is nothing but a facade. Your complete disregard for your customers is appalling, and your sole focus on money over service is reprehensible. I cannot overstate my level of dissatisfaction with YRC and urge others to stay away from your services. In conclusion, I will not continue to do business with a company that treats its customers with such disrespect and disregard. It is my hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your service for the sake of your current and future clients.

Freight left 11 days ago and still not at the destination, will not provide updates or location. Should of added an Air Tag. Will never use this company again.

After having worked with this carrier on multiple occasions shipping across Canada and into the US, I can tell you they are the worst carriers in the country and do not respect their delivery estimates.. they'll tell you 4-5 days and it can take 15 days.. They've lost some of our pallets or delivered them to the wrong place.. My advice to you is if you have to pay more to go with another carrier just do it, it'll save you the time and money.
