Excellent service! Our heat pump is over 20 years old and would not provide cooling anymore. I called early in the morning, and Jason was kind enough to make space in his schedule and pass by at the end of the day. Instead of pushing for a heat pump replacement, Jason took the time to troubleshoot and suggest to replace only the parts that were causing troubles. This will most probably extend the life of our heatpump for a couple of years, giving us the time to plan ($$$) the heat pump replacement. Jason even took the time to test our thermostat and correct wrong wiring made by the installers who have replaced our furnace couple years ago. Jason gave us an excellent service, he took time to explain what was the issue and gave me the "heat pump 101" lesson, all that for a very reasonnable price. We strongly recommend his services.
