The guy my husband spoke to said he had received his email... as the conversation went on, it was clear he hadn't read it. He wouldn't give any help to find the piece we needed, wouldn't even give us the actual name or item number. He actually told my husband to do a google and kijiji search... The whole experience was pathetic.

On prtend un problme avec le fournisseur pour expliquer le delai. Nous avons appel le dit fournisseur et avons eu une rponse immdiate avec un avis disant qu'ils pouvaient livrer la pice en 24 heures par purolator. De plus, konsultec vendait la pice 7x le prix! C'est correct de se garder une marge de profit, mais il y a des limites! Prix exorbitants, mensonges, suivi et service la clientle nul.
