Installation in the summer of 2019. Problems started in 2022 with water leaking from the inside unit. I called Click-Air, left vm, sent emails. No response. I gave up and had to find another company to solve the problem because the unit was no longer cooling nor heating. The reason? My heat pump had no refrigerant in it! How could this happen?? It came down to one thing: the Click-Air installer did not tighten the caps on the refrigerant pipe. A slow leak over time resulted in zero refrigerant left, and a complete shutdown of hot and cool air. The diagnostic and service call cost me $700. Click-Air cost me $700 because the dummy didnt bother to tighten the caps. I cannot recommend this company, unless you dont mind paying for their mistakes later on. Service: Install AC

I am giving Click air a 5 Star. I hired them to replace my existing Electric HVAC System. I should say that , right from the start i.e from Sales person (Mr.Steve Antonucci) until final Installation , it was very smooth. 1)Mr. Steve suggested the right system which is fitting my Budget and also pump which is qualified for the Federal rebate Program . Thanks to you Steve 2) The Installing and sales team ( Sonia and other Person), they were so courteous , Understanding and after a long time in my Life time , I am seeing a very Good customer Service . Thanks both of you . 3) finally i had both installers Rashid and Yousuf , they excelled my expectations and everything was done perfectly and very tidy , professional . they did a wonderful job and completing the whole project on time . Click-Air was absolutely fantastic! They installed a new Heat Pump and was thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. Their prices are very reasonable with high quality equipment. They answered all my questions patiently and on a timely basis. Even after installation and payment they continued to answer my questions and provided great customer support. I highly recommend them.
