After paying for a speaker I received a confirmation of the order and the web-site start showing it is NOT available to be shipped and it may take 1-2 weeks to get it. Then an e-mail, long and misleading saying it may be 1-3 week AND if they do not have the item, they will sell me something else from their store! This is a clear fraud: I requested refund IF they cannot ship what I ordered. This was denied.

About four years ago, I bought a Korg PA 4X and it changed my life. They gave me a really good price and because of the price I was able to buy it and play it. And now Im a go back and buy a korg pa5x

Terrible website and sales people. Their website will falsely show items in stock to draw you in. Sales people will insist their system is perfect and does not do this which is a lie. They will grovel to try to make amends and offer "discounts" which are really just useless store credits. They will claim all items will be ready to ship in 1 to 2 weeks but they won't. It will take months. I should have avoided this place completely and gone with my usual vendor who actually respects their customers. Zero stars. Go somewhere else.

Very poor business practices, Don't waste your time. After being promised the product quickly if I put down the full amount (near $1900) the company delayed and made up excuses for 8 months, every month lying about products near shipping date, and then finally admitted after 8 months they could no longer get the product. Their "great deal" after 8 months was that if I put down an additional $600 on top of the money paid already they could get me another product that would also be released "in the near future". These guy are a joke. After choosing to take my business elsewhere after their incredibly unprofessional actions they offered zero compensation for having my money for 8 months while I was on the hook to absorb the inflation that took place over that time period. The icing on the cake was that up until their disclaimer, after 8 months, they had still been advertising this product on the website for potential new customers to see and think they had a chance of ordering when I'm sure there was a large amount of people like myself still on the waiting list from months previous. After 20 years in the business this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
