I always avoid this pharmacy (we even switched our medication to another) but I go when Im going to the mall for something else - well NO MORE I was using the self check out (I was the only one) the cashier at the assisted cash came out , walked around me, stood behind me and watched me scan all my 2 items through. When I turned around to leave I was shocked at how close she was to me. They always make you feel so uncomfortable you dont even want to shop there : just avoid this Pharmacy and give your shopping to a place that appreciates you and treats you like a human being when you cant buy some granola bars for your bikeride without being harassed whats the point. This same cashier accused a woman who set off the beeper at the door of possibly stealing in front of every one after she had already left thats so wrong . That woman did nothing wrong and she tarnished her name with no proof - the sensors go off bc of the pharmacy at the back not scanning things well. This cashier needs some training to be better supportive to the customer needs and stop treating everyone like a criminal : totally negative shopping environment and experience

I had an extremely stressful and negative experience once, to say the least, where I was not able to receive my medication that I had been purchasing monthly for years due to a SNAFU. Despite spending a week calling my doctor, his secretary, this pharmacy, and having everyone confirm that there were no mistakes, making multiple trips to the pharmacy after having my perscription order confirmed with this Pharmacy by phone, I was refused the medication that I needed urgently when I arrived in person. This isnt even the end of this issue. Hopefully this never happens again. I have otherwise been going here for years, and everyone has been as nice and helpful as anyone could expect
