    Customer service is terrible to deal with. Never rang the door bell posted the notice on our door and then Customer Service spins a different story. Our security cameras tell and a different story and there was someone home all morning and afternoon. If I want my parcel CS says I can drive to Boucherville tomorrow.... I'm going to leave work to drive 45 minutes to pickup my parcel then drive another 45 minutes back. Furthermore Customer Service could not speak English so I did switch to French. VIDEOTRON you were to deliver by Purolator Wednesday so going on day 6 where we are unable to connect our work laptops from home and work during tax season. Next step will be to switch to Bell!!!!!!
