Rented last yr . Nice little house with a lot of potential but lots of repairs still need to be done . Sofa in living room was extremely uncomfortable and not sure they were clean . Beds and sheets were comfy but the heat from fire place was intense upstairs . Could not open windows . Pots and pan were not very clean when we arrived . We ran out of electricity that weekend, it was exceptionally windy , no safe candles or flashlight were available . Bathroom is big and renovated. He was kind to bring us some branches to warm ourselves and make a fire which was burnt in less than 1 hr . The cupboard where dishes are put away did not smell very good , moldy . I hope bottom of screen doors were fixed . Mice and critters can easily come in . We left in the middle of the night . Would I go back yes but in summer cause then sure not to be stuck inside to long . I hope he has followed peoples recommendations to make his place a little gem . Nice location for sure .
