For example, the accountant has included retained earnings in this year's balance sheet and capital even though the company is a SeNC rather than a Business. This amount ultimately turned out to be last year's net profit on which taxes had already been paid. We had to have the error corrected by another competent person. We have changed responsible accountant 3 times in one year. It was a disaster from the start. We therefore have to redo the accounting since the beginning of our business in order to have the right amounts in the right places.

Je ne conseil pas cet entreprise. Nous les avons engag pour notre compagnie. Il y a eu des erreurs, des retards de toute sortes et un manque flagrant de communication.
Par exemple, la comptable a inclus des bnfices non rpartis dans le bilan et les capitaux de cette anne alors que la compagnie est une SeNC plutt qu'une Entreprise. Ce montant s'est finalement avr tre le bnfice net de l'anne dernire sur lequel les impts ont dj t pay. Nous avons d faire corriger l'erreur par une autre personne comptente. Nous avons changer de comptable responsable 3 fois en un an. Ce fut un dsastre depuis le dbut. Nous devons donc refaire la comptabilit depuis le dbut de notre entreprise afin d'avoir des bons montants aux bons endroits.
