    Are unit as been broken since January. We have tried to reach them multiple time with no answer. Are unit is just 9months now only work for 6 months. I don't recommend to use them. Since you replied to my post on google you have not tried to reach out to us to fix are machine. Why are bothering answering are reviews you don't fix your issues with clients.

    Go elsewhere. See below: *2023 UPDATE 2* Since I couldn't reach anyone over the phone I figured I'd go in person to talk to someone. There is nothing there mentioning their company and the door that would lead to their office is just locked. Confusing and frustrating, maybe they went bankrupt or the address is just wrong? *2023 UPDATE* I called these guys over 4 times last summer and everytime I was told they would call me back and they never did. This summer I'm trying to contact them because I never received the Gov subvention I am entitled to and THEY CANT BE REACHED. Phone line has been going straight to voicemail for the past 3 days and they don't call back on the voicemails (probably backed up but they should at least answer the phone). Will have to go in person to their office. *2022 Update* Will probably not deal with these installers again. Bad communication and don't take special requests seriously. I expected better service and care for a 13500$ job (Zephyr thermopumps installation). -Specifically told the sales rep I wanted the Unit centered above the window or at another location (in a hallway), apparently it would have been too tight above the window so the tech decided, without talking to me about it, to install it on the side of the window unalligned with anything (Looks pretty awkward, see picture. I know it's not that big a deal, but I specifically didn't want it there and had discussed another location prior). -Equipment arrived later than mentionned during the evaluation, so installation was pushed back a week later. On the day of the installation, the installers forgot to bring one of the units and told me they'd have no time to install all 3 (Even though they arrived an hour early to the installation) so I had to take another day off work for the installation of the third unit. Hopefully customer service will be good ... No compensation or alternatives were proposed for installing at the wrong location. *Update: It is not. impossible to reach customer service, after-sale service is horrible*.
