Iv'e been here for about a year and so far, I enjoy my apartment. The location is great as well (close enough to downtown/Byward and March Vieux-Hull). The gym, movie room, study and party room are nice additions. If community is an important factor for you, Aalto Suites often host community activities (gardening, holiday and crafting parties..). However, parking can be very confusing for guest and rules on where to park are very unclear, so I hope this gets clarified soon. Besides minor inconveniences (garbage shoot is temporarily out of order, unforeseen fire alarm malfunctions, ) Aalto Suites is a decent place to rent.

Awesome building quit and clean....there was some confusion on parking and Sarah the manager handled it promptly and professionally...she is always a delight to deal with and handles everything very well amongst all of moving parts.....best view in the city and the maintenance dude is great as well .....extremely happy with my experience at zibi ...

(Original) Je suis un resident a l'immeuble Aalto depuis quelques mois maintenant , l'emplacement est exellent (tres proche de Ottawa puis au centre ville de gatineau ), l'immeuble dispose de plusieurs espaces en commun tels que Gym, salle de travail, salle de cinema et aussi salle de jeu. Je mentionne que l'equipe Aalto est sur place repond toujours a nos questions et nous aide aux quotidien et nous facilite la vie en quelques sorte , une seule remarque le parking exterieur 100 dollars heuresement que a partir de septembre on passera au souterrain.
