I viewed an apartment here and the moment we walked into the unit there was a tiny cockroach on the wall that the agent showing us the unit didnt see. Only me and my wife and sister saw it. Once we finished viewing the apartment and we were in the elevator I asked the agent So whats the bug situation like in this building? She then responded immediately saying no bugs, no bugs. I responded saying thats funny, the moment we walked in the door there was a roach on the wall. She was surprised and proceeded to say she didnt see it and I offered to go back to the unit to show her but she declined. She couldve said something about ants or even lady bugs like other reviewers have mentioned but she didnt. If youre looking to come to these apartment buildings get ready for the staff to lie through their teeth until you sign the lease.

Get ready to deal with the worst rental property you will come across. 1- highly unprofessional and RUDE (Aymen especially); 2- did not inform us when the water was going to be turned off; 3- ladybug issue they did not seal the door even after NUMEROUS phone calls; 4-good luck getting someone on the phone; 5-high parking costs low parking available. Is not as pictured, dirty corridors and a lot of coakroach Swiming pool smell bad and now is closed Gym majority of equipments are out of service 5 months ago The appartement are spacious but need lot of improvement in cleaning and renovation and pest control 4 rue radisson

Dec 20 That Your staff is dealing with the situation just simply not true. It has been going on since April I called, emailed you several times. Eventough I like the area and the location is handy for me to get to work, I ended up not signing my lease because I was only offered to move into higher priced apartment and they are still here and breaking several points on the lease agreement (your lease agreement). It is 11.30pm kids aren't here but the guy is stumping around, moving furniture and dropping things on the floor. In a nutshell you are doing NOTHING. Dec 2 Itis midnight and upstairs neighbour's kids running around again. Last weekend from Friday night till Sunday night non-stop previous weekend the same and on and on every weekend and most of the weekdays too. "They are just visiting". In a one-bedroom apartment 4 people, 3 generations. I still don't understand why I'm (been a tenant for years never late with payments) punished for 9 months with this. Nothing has been done about it. Only solution was suggested to me moving to another unit for a higher price. The company's own policies aren't kept in and I could keep listing the issues we have here, but they have been mentioned before and they less damaging for the quality of life in my own "home" than the constant noise above my head. DO NOT move here noone cares about providing any decent service or keeping up their basic obligations on the lease agreement.
