honestly worst mistake i ever made was ignoring the reviews and moving into this building.. i lived here for a year and no exaggeration i would see at least 2-3 cockroaches a day. i like my place clean and well kept and no matter how much i cleaned my counters the roaches would appear. what really set me off was when i started seeing roaches in my bed. i decided to move out of this place and unfortunately even with all the precautions i took the roaches followed me to my new building. I had sent an email to the landlords at faubourg about them covering the cost to exterminate the roaches in my new apartment and they refused to take any responsibility for it. now i have to pay out of my pocket for a problem that faubourg de lile is responsible for. this building should be torn down cause even with weekly exterminations the roach problem persists very disappointed with the lack of accountability this building has. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. also they are charging WAY too much rent for what this dump is worth .
