Made a phone appointment at 1:30, didn't hear from them. Alright then, onto the next branch.

I applied for a new credit card, received a letter saying it would be delivered to the branch and that they would call me to have me pick it up. 3 + 1/2 weeks later, no call & no card. Had to call rbc credit services and have them cancel that card and send the new one to my address and start the process all over again. So disappointing. Already takes 10-15 days to receive the card in the mail. The staff at this branch is rude and they only have 2-3 people working at the booths when there can be 6 people working. Not a happy costumer & seriously considering changing banks.

I opened a personal chequing account, got accepted instantly for a new credit card. I try to make payments out of that chequing account only to find out that I can't make E transfers in that new chequing account because the person setting that up for me has it set up as a deposit only account. Really,? Why? I didn't ask for that. Why open a everyday banking account with the agent at that branch only for it to not work the minute I leave the branch. I now have to close that brand new account because RBC decided to flag the first E transfer as invalid when its is a 100% a valid E transfer. I specifically asked them for an account that I could make E transfers. They just DON'T listen! Now I have to wait 4 days to remove the funds I put into that new account. No access to the cash I deposited only 2 days ago. Apparently I need a special request if I want to make payments out of that account. It's not savings its a chequing account. Unfortunately I had to give RBC 1 star. Extremely shocked by their lack of plain common sense!
