The worst scotiabank I've delt with. I've come to expect horrid service with scotiabank but today was a whole new level. From continually discrediting anything I said, choosing to not look over notes on my account, choosing to not do their due diligence in order for any sort of resolution. I highly reccomend closing your account and moving banks I know I am. TD and RBC are way better in every sense and hopefully enough people will switch and maybe JUST maybe then will that be enough too get scotiabank to improve. But until then it's a sinking ship I don't want to be on.

One of the worst scotiabank I've ever delt with!! Cold reception, horrid service and no interst in helping.... the customer service here is MINUS ZERO! 2 weeks ago was a whole new level of stink! From continually dismissing anything I had to say, choosing to not look over the notes received on my account and no attempt to do their due diligence for any type of resolution. I highly reccomend closing your account and do business with any other banks out there... I know I am!!

This branch has kind staff and is usually not too busy which is nice. However, I came 3 times to fix a debit card that wasn't working on POS machines. Seemed like it should've been a simple fix. Not one of the agents working here took an extra minute to figure out why this was and simply replaced my card. So I went to another branch and the agent there actually found the problem -- even though they were quite a lot busier. Just my experience, but yup
