Je demande de laide (puisquon mavait dit lintrieur que les boites taient lourdes) le commis me rponds: les boites ne sont pas lourde madame! et mignore. Jai failli partir avec une bote qui ne fessait pas partie de ma commande puisque le tout tait empil les unes sur les autres. Que les botes soient lourdes ou pas, il y a un manque flagrant de respect, de courtoisie, de professionnalisme et de service la clientle. En bout de ligne, puisque je me suis servit moi-mme, jaurai pu les rcuprer lintrieur comme je laurai souhait au lieu de ctoyer des gens qui naime pas leur travail et qui se fou de la clientle.
