I had a not so great experience a few months ago and decided to go back hoping it was just the technician (it was a manicure which was looking fine until at the end she took the nail cutter and butchered one nail). This time, I told her I want a pedicure/manicure no polish, but keep the shape square and she proceeds to make my nails into an actual circle, saying it's better for me and it won't hurt. What??? It looks hideous. Same with the manicure, every nail is a different length, plus he charged me $5 more for using credit card. Definitely won't be back even though it's a super convenient location. Staff was kind, smiling and very welcoming. Nail technician took 40 minutes to give me a full set of french tip glitter coffin nails, where other nail salons take 90-120 minutes to do the same Debit and credit accepted.
