Kokomo Inn

Unprofessional and bad experience with this Inn. I have booked my reservation for May 5 on Apr 12 and paid the cost in full on the reservation day. Then, suddenly they cancelled my booking on May 4 (one day before the check-in) with no explanation and no prior notice. It ruined my trip plan as I was planning to stay in Ottawa for one night on my way back to Toronto. Now, the charges are double because we are close to the day. I guess that was the reason they cancelled my booking too. To make more money! Do not book your stay with them unless you have other options in case of sudden cancellation one day prior to your check in.

What a great and unique experience! The hosts were very welcoming and made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend spending a few nights here and visiting the spa nearby.
