I ran in to some issues with parts for my blinds installed by this company 4 years ago so I contacted the company to see if I could get replacements. The owner helped me immediately with replacement parts and spares! Excellent service after the blinds had been installed for 4 years could not recommend more highly, thank you.

Great service, customer support and a price that cannot be beat! We were very impressed with how fast and efficient Dongmei and Robert were. They did a professional job and helped clean up as well. They were very honest and approachable. Highly recommended!

We ordered blinds through this company on Oct 26 2021. They marketed their product as being as good as Hunter Douglas but at a fraction of the price. They source their products directly from China so we expected them to arrive late December. Due to pandemic issues, we didn't receive our order until Feb 16 2022. When we recieved the order, there were clear quality issues with some of the blinds and 2 of them hadn't been made as agreed. Trying to dispute these problems with the owners was a very difficult and uncomfortable experience and I would not recommend them because of it. We finally came to an agreed upon solution and we waited another 3 months for the new items. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the product and definitely not with the experience. My suggestion is to look elsewhere. The only benefit of this company is the lower price you pay but it's for an inferior product and if you have any issues with your order, prepare for a difficult resolution process.
