Worst service ever. We are without water for more than 2 months now. Called 2 times in early January. Then thought they have no way of coming due to the truckers protest. Once it is over, tried to call, couldn't get through. Sent several emails and this is what I get every time "Thank you for contacting us via email. We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. Our records indicate your Route Sales Representative has been rescheduled again to deliver to your location today, February 25, 2022.". This sales reps delivery date extends day by day without even informing customer. Enough is enough, we will be moving to another supplier.

Worst company and services EVER ! Delivery is either 6 weeks later or 4 bottles every week without asking for. Didn't want to pay my last invoice because I got 15 empty bottles and ask them to pick them up and there answer was "we can't". I ask to speak to a supervisor and never called me back. Now, I just got a collect recovery letter !!!! It's been 3 years I'm with this company and everything has been wrong since the beginning ! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

The worst customer service a company has ever given to its customers. Their delivery process is the worst and they have made no efforts whatsoever to fix their issues. I've been having issues with them for the past 5 years and still no reaction from their customer satisfaction team
