        In July 2012, my neighbors & I hired Yves Dubois of DMS Multi-Services to clean the eavestroughs on our 3-door rowhouses. He tore a gash in the canopy over my front door, so offered not to charge for the $250 cleaning job; the canopy being old, I reluctantly agreed (he was abusive to me, in the process), but it cost me $750 to replace it. Then, water started gushing out of the top of one downspout in any heavy rain; Yves Dubois said he would return to fix it, but never did. We had to hire another company to remove debris that he left behind. Now he refuses to reimburse us for the extra cost to us of finishing his incomplete work.
