The 1 star is only for the fact that the drinks are made well, but if i could give a proper rating it would be 0, this starbucks has the absolute longest drivethru wait you will ever experience. You would be better off driving to Ottawa and back. I waited 15 minutes this morning when there was only 3 cars in line, they take one order and dont take another until they have handed that order at the window. I have been to other locations that had much longer drivethru lines and it took at the most 10 minutes with 10 plus cars.If you want your drink fast make sure its just a regular coffee/tea because if they have to make any sort of drink it will take forever. The staff is polite but slow at making your order. If you want to waste minimum 20 minutes waiting for your drink go here, if not drive to Gatineau or Ottawa, youll be back home before you would get to the window here.

Youll wait 45 minutes in the drive thru for the worst tasting coffee. I asked them to remake all of my coffees and they were even worse the second time around. The baristas definitely need more training.
