J'ai d'ailleurs des expressions savoureuses cres lors d'une priode achalande o un mlange de franais et d'anglais est employ pour communiquer rapidement et en mme temps qu'il y a une file d'attente l'intrieur et des voitures aux pompes essence. Bref, les employs de longue date offrent gnralement un excellent service. Les personnes qui ont une attitude ngative ou sont nulles ct service la clientle ne restent pas longtemps en poste et les commentaires des clients sont bien reus par la direction.

La dite caissire me rpond en anglais. Je lui demande pourquoi elle me parle en anglais alors que je ladresse en franais. A noter quelle avait servie le client avant moi en franais. Madame maintien son discours en anglais et ces alors que je me suis diriger la caisse de son collgue. Au moment de payer la dite caissire reoit un client et elle se permet de minsulter en tenant des propos dsobligeant mon gard auprs du client qui est visiblement surpris par les propos de madame. Je donne 2 toiles car ltablissement est trs propre mais lemploye na pas de respect pour les clients francophone.
